Levi Obery began producing small video projects and films under the "Ten Thirty-One" banner in 2002. The name was derived from a film project that was set on Halloween. The film was his first collaboration with David Zimmerman III. Obery is the principal shareholder in Ten Thirty-One Pictures Entertainment and manages its overall operations, which include motion picture development, production, and distribution.

Obery graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship.

Obery co-directed, wrote, and produced The Only Way, the controversial film about a school shooting. The following summer, he co-directed, wrote, and produced the short film Before the Storm. He then produced Into the Woods, the fourth film with David Zimmerman III. Obery also served as Co-Producer on Edgar Michael Bravo's critically acclaimed film One Hour Fantasy Girl, which was shot in Los Angeles in February 2008. In August 2008, Obery formed Bravo-Obery-Rice Productions LLC with Edgar Michael Bravo and John Paul Rice to produce The Boy Who Couldn't Say No, the sequel to One Hour Fantasy Girl, and The Magic Stone, an all-new psychological thriller. The Magic Stone recently wrapped principal photography and will be released early 2011. Obery will also produce Johnny Violence, the new film from Heroic Age Studios, under the Ten Thirty-One Pictures banner. Johnny Violence is currently in development and production scheduled for 2010.

Obery currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
